Role Description 

This is a full-time on-site role located in Douala PK8 . As a Televendeur avec Experience, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers via phone calls to promote and sell products or services. You will also maintain and manage customer databases, handle complaints, and process orders for callback.

1.  Qualifications 

•     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•     Fluent in French or English ( Biligual is a plus)

•     Experience in telesales or related field

•     Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment

•     Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and telephone systems

•     Self-motivated and able to work independently

•     High school diploma or equivalent required;Advance Level or above is a plus
